Rotors balancing

Precise rotors balancing reduce vibrations, decrease costs end prolongate machine worktime. We can quickly check what is the couse of Your machine vibrations and reduce them for Your demands or normalised level.

We dispose of the modern  CMT 1600H2W balancer joint with Measuring - Computational Module ROTORTEST 500. We offer balancing services for many rotating parts of machines (shafts, rotors itp.):

• machines with Cardan shaft driven
• rotors mass from 16 to 1600 kg
• max distance between  roller supports amount 3000 mm
• pivot dimension for connection to the drive shaft amount from 20 to 100 mm

Balancing refers to  PN-93/N-01359 norm [ISO 1940/1-1896] with G1 precision for rotational speed 2000 rpm/min.

We attach balance certificate for every part.

Cutting by CNC plasma cutting machine

With precision plasma cutter working SHP260A size 2000 mm x 6000 mm equipped with a system for cutting pipes and cooperating with specialized software (eg. Solid Edge and Lantek Expert), we offer cutting complex parts using both plasma and oxygen burner:

• cut virtually any shape to a very high quality (HD technology according to EN ISO 9013)
• cutting material with a maximum thickness of: Plasma - 50 mm, oxygen burner - 170 mm
• the possibility of cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum
• quality cutting range: mild steel - from 0,5 to 65 mm, stainless steel - from 0,8 to 60 mm, aluminum - from 1,2 to 50 mm
• option to cutting pipes (with a maximum length of 6000 mm and a width in the range of 50 to 300 mm)
• the maximum wall thickness of pipe amount 10 mm

We also offer services in the field of machining (including CNC), repair and overhaul of hydraulic cylinders and repair machinery. We also take custom orders.
